Here is how it works

Family details

You will receive a PDF form to fill out with your family details via email. You choose if you want names only or add date of birth and/or place of birth as well.

Background colour

Choose a background colour from our existing pallet or enquire about a custom colour. 

Pay

At this point you'll receive an invoice for your family tree and the shipping cost. Your order will be processed once the payment has been received. 

Approve

I'll create your personal family tree and send you a digital version to check and approve. 

Receive

Sit back and relax, your family tree will be delivered to your door step within approximately ten working days.

A note on colours

All computer screens are different. The colour of the final product may differ to what you see displayed on your screen.

First come, first served

I produce the family trees on a “first come, first served” basis. Due to the fact that each family tree is personalised, turnaround time varies depending on the amount of orders being processed at the time. I am aiming to have each item ready within five working days after receiving your completed submission including family details.
